Refund Policy

Devblo is a digital marketplace for Roblox-compatible assets. Because purchases provide immediate access to downloadable files, refunds are limited and evaluated under this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1) When Refunds May Be Approved
- The product materially violates Devblo Terms, Community Standards, or applicable law (e.g., contains prohibited content or malware).
- The product infringes another party's intellectual property rights.
- The listing materially misrepresents the product or delivers a fundamentally defective file that cannot be used as described and the seller cannot or will not correct it within a reasonable time.
2) Requests We Will Not Approve
- Buyer remorse, unfamiliarity with Roblox Studio or the platform, or changing your mind.
- Issues resulting from unsupported modifications, incompatible environments, or failure to follow documentation.
- Complaints that do not include sufficient detail or evidence to verify the issue.
3) How to Request a Refund
Navigate to Orders, open the relevant order, and click Request Refund on the order page. Provide details, screenshots, or reproduction steps when applicable.
We may contact you or the seller for additional information. Failing to respond may delay or close the request.
4) Outcomes & Effects
- If approved, your access to the product and license is revoked. You must delete local copies.
- Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method via Stripe; timing depends on the payment provider.
- If denied, we will explain the reason. You may still work with the seller for support or updates.
5) Platform Fees & Changes
Platform fees may change at any time. Changes will be communicated to sellers in advance and only affect future orders after the effective date.
6) Chargebacks
Chargebacks are prohibited. Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate revocation of access, license termination, and blacklisting of your account and related identifiers where legally permitted. Contactsupport@devblo.com for billing issues before disputing a charge.
