Terms of Service

Last updated: January 3, 2026

Welcome to Devblo ("Devblo," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Devblo marketplace, website, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our End User License Agreement (EULA), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

Additional Terms for Sellers

If you sell products on Devblo, you must also comply with our Seller Agreement, which covers platform fees, payout terms, prohibited products, and seller obligations.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old or 13–17 with verified parent/guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. One account per individual or entity.
  • Protect your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to protect the marketplace or enforce these Terms.

2) Marketplace Role

  • Devblo operates a marketplace for digital Roblox-compatible assets provided by independent sellers.
  • When you buy a product, your transaction is with the seller; Devblo facilitates listing, delivery, and payment processing.
  • Seller listings may be reviewed, but Devblo does not guarantee quality, legality, or fitness for any purpose.

3) Purchases, Delivery & Licenses

Purchases grant account-based access to download digital files. Delivery is digital and typically immediate after payment confirmation.

Use of any downloaded asset is governed by the EULA. Redistribution, resale, public uploads, or sharing source files is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the product license.

Products may be updated or delisted; continued access is subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms and the EULA.

4) Pricing, Fees & Taxes

  • Prices and promotions may change. Platform fees for sellers may change with notice and apply only to future orders after the effective date.
  • Taxes may be collected by our payment processor where required. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5) Refunds, Chargebacks & Blacklist

Refunds are only considered in line with our Refund Policy, including when a product violates our Terms, Community Standards, or intellectual property rights. Buyer remorse or unfamiliarity with the platform is not eligible.

To request a refund, go to Orders, open the specific order, and click Request Refund. Approved refunds revoke access to the product license.

No chargebacks. Initiating chargebacks is prohibited and will result in immediate license termination, revocation of downloads, and blacklisting of your account and related identifiers where legally permitted.

6) Acceptable Use

  • No attempts to bypass access controls, scrape downloads, or share product files or source.
  • No infringement, reverse engineering for redistribution, or removal of ownership notices.
  • No fraud, review manipulation, or using Devblo to sell prohibited or unlawful content.
  • No off-platform circumvention of transactions initiated on Devblo.

7) Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, revoke access to downloads, and blacklist individuals for violations of these Terms, the EULA, or the Seller Agreement. We may also issue DMCA or similar notices to Roblox or other platforms to remove infringing or unauthorized content.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on or delivered through Devblo is owned by Devblo, sellers, or their licensors.

Seller Content: Sellers retain ownership of their products; buyer rights are defined by the EULA and any license terms stated on the product page.

Devblo Branding: You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Perform your own testing and security hardening.

We do not warrant the quality, legality, or suitability of products listed by sellers.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devblo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim. For seller products, your primary recourse is with the seller.

11) DMCA & IP Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email legal@devblo.com with links to the content, proof of ownership, and your contact details.

If your listing was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.

12) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update these Terms or the Services. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
