End User License Agreement (EULA)

1) License Grant

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Asset in Roblox experiences you control.
• Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase permits use by a single individual. Each person who accesses or integrates the Asset needs their own license.
• You may modify Assets for your projects, but you may not share the modified or source files outside your authorized experiences.

2) Permitted Use

• Integrate Assets into Roblox experiences you own or develop for a single client, provided the client cannot extract the Asset files.
• Publish experiences to Roblox as long as Asset files and source are not redistributed or publicly exposed.
• Make reasonable backups for disaster recovery, kept private and secured.

3) Prohibited Use

• No redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of Asset files or readable source (including leaks, mirrors, or public repositories).
• No uploading to Roblox Creator Store/Toolbox or any public asset library.
• No using Assets to create competing products, template packs, or asset collections for sale.
• No removal of ownership notices or license headers embedded in the files.
• No use of Assets in experiences that violate Roblox Terms of Service, our Terms, or applicable law.
• No attempts to bypass technical protections or expose the Asset source to end users.

Violation of this section may result in immediate license termination, revocation of downloads, takedown requests, and blacklisting.

4) Ownership

Devblo, the seller, or their licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Assets. You receive a license only; no ownership is transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5) Updates & Support

• Updates may be provided at our or the seller's discretion; availability is not guaranteed.
• Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and may be limited for users who violate our policies or expose Assets publicly.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are limited to issues such as policy violations, IP infringement, or material misrepresentation. Buyer remorse or unfamiliarity with the product or platform is not refundable. Chargebacks are prohibited and result in license revocation and blacklisting.

8) Warranty Disclaimer

Assets are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free performance.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devblo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims related to an Asset is limited to the amount you paid for that Asset in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10) Governing Law & Venue

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11) Changes

We may update this EULA. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Assets after changes constitutes acceptance.
