Seller Agreement
Last updated: January 3, 2026
This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Seller," "you," or "your") and Devblo("Devblo," "we," or "our") and governs your use of Devblo to sell digital Roblox-compatible products. By applying or listing products, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and applicable Stripe terms.
Marketplace Integrity Notice
Seller status is a privilege. We may approve, deny, or revoke seller access to protect buyers, comply with law, and maintain marketplace quality.
1) Eligibility & Application
- Be at least 18 (or 13–17 with verified parent/guardian consent) and able to enter binding contracts.
- Submit accurate information and portfolio links; false or misleading details may result in denial or removal.
- We review applications at our discretion. You may reapply after addressing feedback.
2) Stripe Connect & Payments
- All payouts run through Stripe Connect; you must complete onboarding and comply with Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
- Stripe may require verification and may place reserves or holds; failure to maintain a valid Stripe account may pause payouts or listings.
3) Fees & Payouts
Platform Fee: Devblo charges a platform fee (currently 15%) on each sale to cover marketplace operations. Platform fees may change; notice will be provided in advance and changes apply only to future orders after the effective date.
Processor Fees: Stripe fees are deducted separately per their schedule.
Payouts: Stripe disburses funds on your configured schedule, subject to Stripe's policies and any holds.
4) Permitted & Prohibited Products
- Only list products you own or are legally licensed to sell (e.g., original scripts, models, UI, templates, VFX, audio consistent with Roblox rules).
- Prohibited: stolen or leaked assets, exploits/cheats, malicious code, IP-infringing content, adult or violent material inappropriate for Roblox, virtual currency/accounts, or anything violating law, Roblox Terms, or Devblo policies.
- Listings must be accurate and include required documentation; hidden or misleading functionality is not allowed.
5) Product Quality, Support & Updates
- Provide functional, documented products that match the listing description and media.
- Respond to buyer inquiries and provide reasonable support within a commercially reasonable time.
- If you release updates, make them available to existing buyers without additional charge unless a new license is clearly required and disclosed.
6) Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes
Sellers must comply with Devblo's Refund Policy. Refunds may be issued for policy violations, IP infringement, or material misrepresentation/defect. Refunds are not for buyer remorse or platform unfamiliarity.
If a refund is approved, buyer access to your product is revoked. You must cooperate with our team to address the issue and remediate defects when feasible.
Chargebacks are prohibited. Excessive chargebacks or refusal to cooperate in disputes may result in holds, delisting, or suspension.
7) Conduct & Marketplace Integrity
- Do not manipulate reviews, ratings, or search results; do not encourage off-platform sales for Devblo leads.
- Do not share buyer information beyond fulfilling the order; protect buyer privacy.
- Comply with all applicable laws, Roblox Terms of Service, and Devblo policies.
8) Intellectual Property
You represent and warrant that you have rights to all content you upload. You grant Devblo a non-exclusive license to host, market, and deliver your products to buyers.
We may remove or disable content in response to IP complaints or DMCA notices and may request evidence of your rights.
9) Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate seller access for violations of this Agreement, the Terms, EULA, law, or upon credible reports of fraud, IP infringement, or harmful content.
- Upon termination, listings may be removed, payouts may be paused pending investigation, and buyers retain prior licenses subject to the EULA unless revoked for policy reasons.
10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Seller tools are provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee sales volume, visibility, uninterrupted access, or freedom from chargebacks or fraud. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devblo's liability to you is limited to the fees paid to you through Devblo in the three (3) months prior to the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11) Changes
We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated via the seller dashboard or email with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12) Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by California law, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
